Which plan is right for me?
If you screen one or two tenants a year, Pay-as-you-go is the cheapest option — no subscription, $45 per screening, and you can pass the fee to applicants. If you screen regularly, Screen or Manage will save you money on overages and unlock workflow features. Enterprise is for portfolios that need API access, SSO, or dedicated support.
How does the free trial work?

What's included in a screening?
Each screening includes: AI vision review of every uploaded document (pay stubs, bank statements, ID, tax notice) for tampering and fabrication; cross-reference against free public registries (sex offender lookup, web data match); automated employer and landlord verification by email; criteria-based scoring with plain-language explanations; a Fair Housing audit trail; and a professional PDF report. Credit reports, criminal background reports, and eviction history are not included — bring your own if your jurisdiction requires them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Do applicants pay for screenings?
